Vinyasa

A class designed to build a foundation for your practice. Some postures are held while others are fluidly linked together to generate heat in your body and focus in your mind. Class will move at a deliberate pace linked to your breath. Expect an invigorating and uplifting flow that works towards strength, stability, mobility and surrender. These physical tools will move you towards a more peaceful mind and spirit.

Yoga Sculpt

A fun, upbeat twist on a yoga practice that incorporates small hand-weights, plyometrics and focused core work to tone your whole body. Yoga Sculpt will enrich your yoga practice by balancing your body with complimentary strength work. Expect to move, sweat and radiate joy!

SPA Yoga

SPA Yoga® is a slow-flow, floor-based, whole-body sensory experience based on Fluid Yoga® sequencing. By engaging all five of the senses with soft candlelight, soothing music, aromatherapy, lots of hands-on assists and a renewed awareness of taste (and sometimes chocolate!), SPA Yoga® aligns practitioners with the inner wisdom of deep relaxation. The physical practice takes time to open the body’s subtle energy and prepares students to experience new depths of awareness in an extended, guided shavasana. Be prepared to feel like you just walked out of a SPA!

Stretch, Roll, and Recover

Stretch, Roll, & Recover will help you erase tension in that spot right between your shoulder blades that’s been nagging at you all day (along with the rest of your body). Stretch shortened muscles with restorative yoga poses. Roll out muscle tension using grippy, pliable massage balls. Recover joint range of motion with mobility exercises. All while breathing deeply to soothe your nerves. You will leave feeling stretchier than your yoga leggings!

Power Vinyasa

A more vigorous version of our vinyasa class, building on the foundation of your practice. Power Vinyasa classes may include optional arm balances, inversions, and other advanced postures. The focus of this strong practice cultivates freedom in your mind and spirit to connect deeper to yourself.

Anusara

Anusara yoga weaves together biomechanically precise, clear alignment and heart-oriented philosophy. Anusara philosophy is rooted in the belief that underlying all of life is an intrinsic energy of oneness, wholeness and radiance. This class is wonderfully suited for students wanting to learn vinyasa flow, as well as for experienced vinyasa students wanting to deepen their understanding and practices.

Hatha

A slow paced practice designed to work your entire body through thoughtful and strategic sequencing. Class will utilize mindful breathing and props to support proper alignment and body awareness. The goal of this class is to safely and effectively increase mobility and range of motion while maintaining stability and strength.

Flow and Restore

A balanced practice that combines the fluid, heating movements of a vinyasa practice with the nourishing stillness of a restorative practice.

Slow Flow

Slow Flow is a slower paced vinyasa class designed to release tension and explore movement throughout the whole body. This class has both strong and soft moments and works to incorporate breath work, focus, and mobility.
