About Summit Yoga
Welcome to Summit Yoga. Our studio is located upstairs inside the beautiful Alpine Earth Center at 998 Blue River Parkway in Silverthorne Colorado. Come practice yoga in a truly unique space with an abundance of light and blooming plants. Our intention is to provide an environment with safe, insightful, and enjoyable classes. Summit Yoga is dedicated to making yoga accessible to everybody. We have experienced and creative instructors who develop fun and dynamic classes. Individuals of all levels are welcome. Drop in anytime.
Along with practicing asanas (poses), some pranyama (breath work), chanting, and meditation may also be incorporated into the classes. Reward yourself with a balanced body, mind, and spirit.
